So far this season I’ve ran 10:09 in the 3200 coming off running the 4x800 relay and mile and then 4:40 at a dual meet 3 Days later. Have been running 40mpw and about 1-2 speed workouts per week. Prob gonna be running about 2 workouts per week rest of season.
I’m a Junior and my PRs from last year are 4:35 in the 1600 and 9:57 in the 3200. What can I run by the end of the season?
