I need your opinion about the following:
I run 5K in 21:30. One time I tried 2K and I did it in 7:52 and it wasn't very hard.
Now, I signed up for a 4K road race for next week. So I don't have time to try a 4K before the race.
Question is how do you recommend me running the 4K? Talk splits please.
My optimal 5K: 4:30, 4:30, 4:20, 4:20, 3:50 .
