For years I've just been running in stability shoes having been told I was an overpronator. And tbh I've never really thought much about it, just ordered the best deals I can find on t'internet for stability shoes.
However I was looking at the sole wear on my Saucony Omnis the other day and it's really heavily on the outside of the heels, wearing the black rubber completely away. So I looked this wear pattern up and the suggestion seems to be that indicates a need for neutral.
Does that seem right?
