This guy got away with murder.
This guy got away with murder.
I'm ashamed to say that my mom & stepfather will ALWAYS think he's innocent. Pretty scary, that I'm the sane one in my family.
That's because he is innocent. That doesn't mean he didn't commit double murder, though.

The LAPD’s history of cowardice and incompetence was the determining factor in allowing OJ to walk.
LAPD framed a guilty man.

LAPD incompetence + Kardashian magic = Free OJ

Read "Without a Doubt" by Marcia Clark.
Very clear and disturbing insights into our so-called justice system. Note the fools/trolls who still defend the murdering b@st@rd.
There was testimony/so-called evidence those viewing on CNN that jury did not see. The cameras/news coverage continued when jury was told to leave.
There was a woman who sold her story to a tabloid who stated she saw the vehicle drive from crime scene towards OJ's home. Since she sold her story, the prosecutors thought it best not to have her testify. You know about that eye witness account, not the jury.
In vast majority of murders, defendant has an overly worked public defender. In US, roughly 95% of those accused of crimes end up pleading guilty. Law enforcement get away with being sloppy usually. Rarely does the work of law enforcement have to withstand the analysis of a criminal defense such as Simpson's Dream Team of attorneys. If a criminal defense attorney can prove law enforcement lies about one small detail, a good criminal defense team will put the entire prosecution case in doubt. With no weapon, no eye witness to murder, prosecution was forced to rely on work of LAPD.
LAPD were not ready for F. Lee Bailey, Barry Scheck and Johnny Cochran. Interesting that Robert Shapiro wanted OJ to roll over and plead guilty. Johnny Cochran over ruled Shapiro. The rest is history.
At least you didn't have to see him on the golf course year after year after the wrongful acquittal. That was my fate. O.J. played the same course I did in southwest Miami -- Calusa Country Club. I saw him there at least a hundred times and it was incredibly awkward every time.
He was such a loudmouth in the coffee shop that his voice boomed and everybody in the restaurant could hear it. The manager of that restaurant told me they had to more than double their supply of take-out containers and cups because the regulars didn't want to be subjected to O.J.'s presence and his words.
Calusa unfortunately closed a few years ago amidst a shameful legal battle involving Bacardi corporation and a 99 year covenant, but that's another story.
OJ being guilty doesn't mean it was a wrongful acquittal. The acquittal is because the prosecutors failed to prove it.
The people who whine about how civics isn't taught in schools are 100% right in this context. This has been the law since primitive English peasants stacked mud on manor farms.
Given what we knew then it was obvious OJ was guilty. The OJ verdict was the moment I knew race relations were NOT getting better.
This is overrated. It isn't like he is a serial killer. If he really did kill them people, I literally think his reasons were understandable.
An LA officer used some bad words so OJ isn't guilty, despite killing two people. So it goes.

Bah ahaha, okay buddy.

What is "literally" obvious is is that Banana Bread is a troll who does two things:
1. Uses the word "literally" in every post
2. Makes his grammar and spelling more terrible than someone who is six years old and learned English 45 minutes ago.

I’ve done a real 180 on banana bread. Once a young & promising up and comer, to a reused @ recycled troll. What could have been
By everything do you mean that he was on a WR relay team?
#mindstillblown
I lived in CA at the time and this trial was all people talked about. It was obvious at the time that while Marcia Clark might not have been completely incompetent, she was the Washington Generals to OJ's Harlem Globetrotters.
She and Darden were just totally outclassed. There were times during the trial that she looked flustered and just lost.
They made so many mistakes: allowing the glove to be admitted as evidence, using Furman without vetting him as a... well... for planting evidence, trying on the glove OVER ANOTHER GLOVE! And for not addressing the racism issue head-on.
And not vetting the jury members. One woman jurist immediately after the trial said, and I'm not making this up, "I knew OJ wasn't guilty because he couldn't possibly go into his house, take a shower, and get back outside in the ten-minute window of time he had to do it." That was her #1 reason why she voted not guilty.

+1, he literally had a chance to say OJ is the Bekele of murders or something and just went with this tired crap. Come on BB, step up your game!
For people who watched the show last night - is it worth watching? I DVRed it
