My roommates have challenged me to eat only potatoes and oats for the next week - they think it will really hard but I think it will be pretty easy. The rules are I can eat any type of oats (rolled, quick, steel-cut), any type of potato (sweet, red,yellow, etc.) and any use any seasoning. I can drink coffee and tea too.
Will this be hard? Will it be hard to run will doing this? Two of my roommates are doing a fruit-only challenge which sounds tougher to me.
