are we jogging?
Watch Jonathan Davis from Illinois - he has wheels
With Knight boxed in right now, this would be a great spot to lay down a hard mid race surge.
If Cameron Griffith leaned forward just a tiny bit, he'd have the exact same form as Lasse Viren.
the mens 800 just started
Gabrielle Thomas. I'm in love.
Wow! Has the Ivy League ever had a collegiate record holder in the short sprints?

I know right?! An hour wasn't efficient time for this. It also kind of bothers me when people keep saying that they were upset, stunned or devastated. They are in high pressure situations (freshmen). Its kind of booing them for their performances when they say stuff like that. Hopefully it doesn't' get into their heads.
It's hard to arrange all these sprint finals with all the people that are doubling. Plus teh 4x400.
^ Before today?
Andy Trouard! Knight goes home devastated!
Justin Knight Just get beats!
Trouard with the win. WTF. What a run.
So nice to see someone else win!
Impressive. Trouard looked like he wanted to puke for the last 800 meters. Smart and gutsy to wait to turn it on and force Knight into lane two. Seems like he did that on purpose, though maybe he just reacted.

Did he stick his tongue out in celebration on the final curve, while Knight was still trying to pass him? That’s what it looked like in the replay. Then he stumbled. Still a pretty badass move.
Maybe if Dillon Maggard didn't run half the race in lane 3, he could've competed for the win.
So impressed by NAU these last two years.
Did you guys know that Grant Fisher was in this race? I didn't. I feel like he is afraid of mixing it up for the win.
On the replay it looked like Truard stuck his tongue out as he held off Knight on the final turn. It looked like he was being cocky and then immediately almost tripped on the rail. Did anyone else notice?
Was actually great to see the total joy and looking for his team-mate at the end of that 3k. Reminded me of the camaraderie that you build up with your team-mates when running at that level (or....a few seconds back). Congrats to him.
