Nope. WCAP sponsors NINE sports team, only one of which (track & field) is dominated by foreign-born citizens. All the rest (the majority of WCAP) are American-born athletes. WCAP is NOT a program designed for foreign-born athletes. It is available to all American citizens, including white, upper-middle class American born distance runners. All they have to do is join the Army. This they will not do because the typical white, upper-middle class American has more life options than the typical Army recruit.
- You must believe in Santa Claus & the Easter Bunny. WCAP's track & field standards are disproportional to its other programs. Not one West Point track & field school record holder could qualify for this team.
