I think Kurgat is gonna get this. Karissa is doing so much work here.
Watching Knight take a dump on that 5000 field was highly enjoyable.
He basically ran a 4.2k tempo with 1x800 at the end so he should have plenty of juice left to drop a nice growler on the 3000m jabronis tomorrow.
Karissa is gapping Kurgat with two laps to go!
JOSH KERR is warming up
Calling karissa
Couldn't be more wrong. Good race for Karissa.
I'm surprised Schweizzer didn't just sit and kick. What was she fearing? But man is this impressive.
Let's hope she gets a big contract.
thank you ladies for RACING a 5k

Lol.
And Schweizer just led wire to wire in 15:43 and killed it over the last 800m. Wow.

She was looking to dominate and not even make it close. Made a statement.
Karissa is beast, had control the entire race.
Though funny how because of tactics, Katelyn Tuohy still ran faster than all the women here lol.

I’m guessing Knight is saving it for Fisher in the 3000m tomorrow, one could argue Schweizer has an easier job and can blitz a little more than Knight might be willing to do.
On another note, looks like both McGorty brothers are running.

Schweizer only raced the last mile... she's probably in 15:10 shape.
