Nobody seems to have started this. Am I the only person watching? Nothing better than T&F on a Sunday morning, even with half of the fields being DQed.

Aries Merritt barely sneaks through to the final.
Men's 3K coming up. Any chance kipchirchir can medal? Or will it be an Ethiopian sweep?

I slept in after staying up to watch the Lake Biwa Marathon last night, but no way I was going to miss M3000/W800/M1500.

Looks like Pozzi pulled the heat to fast times. I thought Merrit was 4th.

Only if Chelimo wears a Kipchirchir mask and runs the final.

Machaal is setting himself to get passed on the last couple laps again.

Kejelcha FTW

I'm comforted to know I could have been in the mix after 1k.
Kejelcha has confidence in his fitness and pushed hard from way out.
And I think Chelimo easily could have nabbed silver in this race.
Keljelcha closes a 2:22 last k, lead with 800 to go and notched the pace down, had a small gap and built it into the last lap closing like an animal to win easy. Barega of eth in second.
Kipchirchir out of medals, did not react to move quickly.

No reason to think Chelimo couldn't have won this race. That slow however isn't his forte. But I think he would have been in the front trying to control it. He beat Kejelcha in the race before Worlds in Glasgow.
Kipchirchir dq'd anyway...
hahaha and of course Kipchirchir is DQ'd
And Kipchirchir got the DQ!
If anybody should have been DQed in that race, it was Mechaal. Dude was pushing people around multiple times.
I also don't know how people are supposed to race indoors at this level without a bit of jostling.
Women's long jump is looking pretty competitive right now. Brittney Reese only in 4th with 6.76.
Can Francine beat the ??
Niyonsaba too strong over the last 200m, I really thought Wilson was going to go wire-to-wire. Good race by both.
Ajee Wilson xxGOAT
This intersex garbage has got to end. These women being robbed of medals has gone on long enough.Niyonsaba
