It's the age of the juco runners thats the issue. Not the internationals. Our sport is an international sport. With that being said you got to see a 22year old Derek work over the Cloud runners who is 25yrs old. They used to have age limits and international limits until a school threatened NJCAA with a law suit. Then they changed the by laws.
It all comes down to how much effort a coach wants to put into their training program and an athletes fitness level not their address previously or their age...sorry some coaches just want it more than others.
