She only had to pay back $10,000, despite cheating the system of way more than that, from 2012-2016.
She is lucky.
Ghost in France
Welfare queen.
How do I get me some of that cheese?
Fleeing the country...it's what cheaters do.
She's also an EPO cheat who got caught. Once a cheat, always a cheat I guess.

Tip of the iceberg; check out any major metro area and you'll find the same thing. Driving Escalades, 500k houses and on medicaid and other government assistance. Metro Detroit is boom town for this culture.

And non major metro areas subsist on SSDI for disabling conditions like anxiety, carpal tunnel and arthritis. But if doctors, lawyers, judges weren't allowing the fraud it wouldn't happen so I blame the recipients the least. They're just playing the game and overall probably profiting the least.
This bum should be deported. NZ is not sending their best.
She pretty hawt. Think she'd cheat on the hubby?

Twisted logic....

Also there's much self-inflicted disability that's the consequence of an unhealthy lifestyle - i.e., obesity, drinking, and drug use.
Disability actually costs the federal government more than foodstamps and welfare combined, and it's especially common in rural areas of the Midwest and South. I doubt anyone has a problem paying disability to the genuinely disabled, but you have to question the rates of disability in many rural areas:

The $10000 in restitution she paid back is the same amount she won as the masters winner in the Boston Marathon.

I'd say it's highly likely. It might explain how she managed to get an elite bib and keep the $10K from Boston despite being a doper and in violation of World Marathon Majors rules.
I would avoid her. She's slimy.
I just wish there was a greater effort to go after people who lie about their income. Part of the problem is that many people glorify beating the man by avoiding taxes. It's like you're a local hero if you can find a loophole or somehow keep money off the books. As a person who fairly pays taxes and does it all on the record I really feel cheated by my peers who praise themselves for playing a game that is quite illegal, but just not worth probing or prosecuting in most jurisdictions.
I know a guy who works for his dad and only gets cash income. He claims no income from his main job and each year his taxes fail to reflect this full-time job of his. His dad's business is obviously doing things off the books, too, in order to pay him like this. His ex wife has no easy way to prove his income in court when considering child support or alimony. She brings home less money working for the school system with a job that is entirely on the public record and in a court proceeding it would easily look like she's the one who should be paying child support.
This kind of thing happens everywhere and the bigger problem is that the average person doesn't really mind shafting the government out of a few dollars, so the practice gets glorified while actual people all around us suffer from the lack of record keeping and the further consequences.
Whats worse, disability or welfare? Most people on disability deserve it.
Probably many more cheaters on welfare in the numerous ghetto's.

And you back up this claim how?
Disability is already costing more than welfare and foodstamps combined so even if the percentage of cheating is the same, bogus disability costs taxpayers more.
She said at the time that it only happened once. But the article says she took it three times and didn't realize it was EPO? Which Olympic athlete swallows something that they don't know precisely what it is?
She was running (and winning) a lot of 10k's in the Rio Grande Valley where it is easy to cross the border and pick up a little runner's little helper.
Can't trust anything she says.
How is somebody from New Zealand collecting welfare in the US anyhow? Trump should deport her.
Anchor babies.
Anyone have any info on the fund that was raised for her daughter education. The rumour is that she used it to travel to races and win prize money? Could be bs, but if it is true someone will have the duuurrrrrt.
