I'm interested in seeing this. I go to the gold's a few times a week and I've never seen a 160 bench 225 x 9 let alone 280. In fact, I rarely see guys over 200 bench 225 x 1. Couple it with 60 mile weeks and that's pretty impressive. I have no doubt it can be done, I'd just like to see it. Maybe a video with a paper that reads "LR" next to the bench, so it's not just some random video.
It's actually not that hard. I was a skinny spri ter at 165 in college and I could do that. However,I could never quite get 315 the few times I tried. I'm guessing around 285 would be max.
