Hi, I found your website while i was searching up track, i'm a sophomore in highschool and i joined the track team today. The coach saw me walking in the hallway and told me that i look like i could be a great sprinter and hurdler because of the way i play football. i decided to go out to the team for outdoor track trials and we ran 100 meters, and then he told me to remember my time 10.11. - I forgot to ask him before leaving practice today but i noticed that our football and their track drills are kinda similar - so that got me thinking - why do we do drills during our warmup?
