In the top of both of my tibias, about two inches under my kneecap, there is a bit of pain when weight is applied. Two days ago I ran for the first time in about 2 weeks. I ran about 3 miles and the day after I did not have pain here. However, two days after I do. There is no swelling or bruising. No tenderness either. I really only feel it when I apply weight, like if I do a one legged squat. I can feel it a tiny bit when I walk and run, but it does not hurt more to run. If anything, it hurts less. What could this be? This actually happened to me once before and it was there for a day, but then went away the next. Maybe just soreness? Could someone help me out, thanks.
