Hi all,
At the moment I am incorporating marathon pace efforts at the end of my long runs and slowly extending the time of these efforts. I was wondering if splitting up marathon pace efforts within my long runs with some easy running in between would be as beneficial as doing one block at the end of a long run. I think I would be able to get more total volume of marathon work in by splitting it up but it might not be as specific to the demands of the race
Any advice on this would be much appreciated
