I typically do 12 mins w/ the last 3 uptempo. I then do 3 hard strides and whatever stretches or jumps I deem necessary. What gets you feeling ready to explode off the line and rip a PR?

Skip the stretches...they hamper explosiveness. Everything else sounds good.
Eat lots of beans.
