Yesterday I ran 3-4 miles for the first time in about two weeks. Today, I am experiencing a bit of pain in the tendons around my lower right side of my right ankle. I have experienced pain here before, but it went away. After taking two weeks off in between seasons, I ran again and now the pain is there again. I really do not feel pain at all when I run, it actually seems to hurt more when I walk. What could this be?
