I run the 3k-5k indoors and must wear Nike spikes. Any recommendations on what spike would be best if I am having plantar issues? I hate getting it wrapped for every workout.

Bump for help.
Arch support is the most important thing here.
This is the best way to test a shoe's arch support ability: bend it. Bend the shoe in your hands, and see where it flexes. If it flexes up near the ball of the foot, and doesn't flex easily under the arch, it will be good on your plantar. If it bends in the arch area, like most Nike spikes, it will have bad arch support and may give you plantar fascia problems.
Your doctor should be able to freeze the warts off.
I would either switch to saucony or new balance. You just have to experiment and I found saucony better fit my foot for spikes and nikes for my trainers. Pretty random but I hope this helps and your feet feel better! Always find stretches for your calf and strengthen your feet and ankles. Ice and rest is good too!
I have to wear Nike. Our school deal does not allow us to wear anything else. I wore Brooks in HS with no problems.
This is not true. You can wear other shoes if you wish, you just won't be given them for free.
