I’m 5’11 and 142 now, which I figure is ideal racing weight( I look skinnier than 142). But basically 1-2 months ago I started lifting for the first time and It went great, I went from 128 to 142 in a solid bulk then when racing time came I stopped gaining weight. Now I’m fitter looking than I was but overall I just want to look better. What kind of lifting should I do to bulk for 6 weeks then cut for the season? My stomach is fat which is the most annoying thing. Any lifts/ schedules would help. Also some body weight stuff would be helpful because I have limited access to a gym and if I lift after school I struggle to find a ride home. Any tips having to do with lifting appreciated, thanks!
