I know the 400 and 300 were kind of sliding backwards. After the 600 my head and stomach didn't feel great. It was significantly hotter than any other day since September today.
600 splits (from glancing at watch)- 29, 31, 31
400 splits- 32, 32
Also- solo effort
Other info: not super speedy, did 12 milers right @ 90 minutes easy this winter, with a couple of 10 milers in ~ 69 minutes (harder) , 4mi tempos in 23:30 on flat grass this winter too (not too tough)
I would love to start the season @ ~2:05 and try to run like 2:02 in late may (2:00 if I'm being honest, but that's too far of reach this year).
