current PB is 4:17 which was ran indoors in a slow race, im 18
Aim is to have my goal race in mid june
my current weekly training looks like this
Mon- AM 4 miles easy PM 6 miles easy
TUE- Tempo workout- e.g. 8 min,4 min, 8 min, 4 min (2 min rest)
Wed- AM-4 miles easy PM 8 miles easy
Thurs- AM- 4 miles easy PM Light workout e.g 8 x 1 min hard 1 min easy + 4 x 200m
Fri- AM- 4 Miles easy PM 5 miles easy
Sat- Hill workout e.g 12 x 250m jog down recovery
Sun- 15 mile long run
any advice or suggestions appreciated
