10 mile long run @ 6:45, flat, pretty much all out
Cruised a 10:53 3200 solo in a dual meet two days ago, not all out but hard.
5:17 in 8th grade going out in 2:29.
I raced to pretty much my max potential in the mile.

No I'm fat
Junior, unfortunately. Achilles tendinitis sucks (2 months off beginning of sophomore year, set me back for a long time)
I ran 71s the whole way and was on the ground for quite some time afterwards

Well it's a good thing that you are able to push yourself like that, most can't or won't. 4:44 isn't a bad time for a Junior given the injury you specified. We had a Junior last year who hadn't run below 4:56 his entire career drop to a 4:32 by end of season (was off 2 months between middle of Indoor and outdoor) He ran 4:58 his first race of outdoor so you can have a big drop if you keep working
Also was just asking if you were a Frosh because you had only given your 8th grade PR

I was dropping acid in the middle of the run and I saw visions of jesus right in front of me

Wow, that is amazing for a high school girl. You're something else and will be flirting near a nation record territory with your 1600m PR. Good on ya sheila!
