Has anyone ran/raced a marathon in progression style? i.e. each mile faster than the last?
Say starting at 7.30 pace, next mile 7.25, next mile 7.20, ect, ect..?

Yes, I've done that. started a bit faster than 7:30 though.
Cool, in a race though? I don't mean training runs. And what were your splits/increments?
Appreciate maybe not the ideal way to pace a marathon (understatement of the year), but it'd sure look good, neg splitting big time.
