On Monday and Tuesday I was forced to not run by extenuating circumstances (really pissed me off). Wednesday, my team decided to go straight into a tempo without a warmup. Legs felt a little "pulled" after but nothing major. It got a lot worse after my run yesterday so it feels like my calves are "locking up" when I walk. I figured it would get better with a decent night's sleep... it didn't. This is one of the most important races of the season for me (I know it's only February, but I moved to a different place/school and my coach hasn't really seen what I can do yet). Please help... how do I get rid of this issue before about say 4 pm eastern?
