For the past two years, at the beginning of XC and Track season I always have diarrhea during and/or shortly after practice. I was thinking that it was the “new stress” of running after a break, but this year I kept running in the winter and I still had diarrhea today. However after that one day or two I’m always fine and basically never have diarrhea for the rest of the season.
Does anyone else experience this?
