I was a NCAA cross-country, track athlete. Due to overtraining I am almost 12 months into full-rest and counting. I know I've made progress, because I was in a lot of pain the first couple months. Today, the most I do is walk to-and-from class, and that's kind of enough for me before my legs feel fried. This is really the worst time of my life, because it's absolutely crazy that I'm still in this position.
Is it possible that I have lyme ? Or am I still likely recovering from overtraining?
I was tested for lyme but didn't have it about a year ago, but that was a year ago......Help?
