I’m stressing out because im a potential scorer for our conference meet in the mile and our team is heavily depending on my and my teammates to come through.
I have asthma that’s controlled but when I get sick it’s game over. Not Bronchitis yet but I can feel my lung function going down and I have a cough. Runny nose, sore throat, headache — the whole deal. What can I do to put myself in the best position to buckle down and fight through it? Our conference and team is small and me not running is not an option.
