Going to the Bathroom while running.

On the last run I went on, I started to feel the urge to go to the bathroom, but I had another mile to go, so I powered through it. I had about a quarter mile left when diarrhea started dripping down my leg. It was the most embarrassing thing that has happened to me. What can I do to be more prepared for the next time this happens?

Sounds like you need a treadmill with a cut out and a pit underneath if you want to combine both activities.
