A former marine Sam Mader encountered a mentally distraught and suicidal black man who dared the cop to shoot him. The cop declined to shoot because the black man was unarmed and did not pose any danger to anyone. Two veteran cops arrived on the scene and immediately shot the black man. Sam Mader was fired and called a coward by his colleagues.
