Does anyone have a 3x a week lifting plan they use that works? I'm not looking for upper body, upper body, upper body, but a mix of full body, upper, lower. Any help would be appreciated.

N THEN U PUT IT DOWN
This is more or less what I do, and it seems to work. Or at least I like it, so that is something.
Pick one:
clean and press (single arm)
pushups (weighted or unweighted or different variations
Pick one:
pullups (weighted or unweighted)
horizontal rows (single arm)
Pick two:
front squats
single leg hip bridges
side lying leg raises
lunges (and variations)
single leg squats (and variations)
And that's pretty much it for me. 4 exercises each time I work out and I just rotate through them. Do it 2-3 times a week depending on how much running I'm doing.

What are your goals? What do you mean by "that works"? What do you want to accomplish?
Without stating those, this is similar to someone asking for a "running plan" without giving the event or goals they want to train towards.
