I’m planning on doing this for my buildup to a 5k race in the summer (July) , and have never really gone above 60, but I’ve averaged 40 over 20 weeks.
Restrictions on plan:
Needs to average 50 mpw for my planned progression (next buildup is 60 mpw, then 70 mpw, etc)
Has to be 13 weeks long (my buildup phase length)
And PRs are - 2:05, 4:29, 9:55, 15:42
I’m 20 and training by myself, 5’11” and 135 pounds been running since 9th grade but never really serious, PRs from SR year, just haven’t raced track recently, but done some 5ks.
