Too much of certain vitamins and minerals can be bad for you. Iron and vitamin A toxic in high doses. Generally fat soluble ones are more likely to build up. Some of the B-vitamins can cause liver problems in huge doses over years. It doesn't look like you are hugely overdoing it on anything, although if you are a man you might still be getting more iron than you need with the multivitamin. If that's the concern, they sell kids multivitamins without iron and men's multivitamins have less.
With fish oil you have to watch out for mercury and other heavy metals. Otherwise, I don't think you are taking a worrying amount of anything although it is gross to have to swallow 9 pills every morning. Do you really think you need all of that stuff? With a good diet you should be getting enough of the vitamins and minerals. You could eat fish weekly instead of fish oil. You really only need B12 if you are a vegan. Magnesium gives me the shits. Echinacea doesn't really do anything. Honestly, if it were me, I'd take a multivitamin ever other day and the glucosamine and allergy pill as needed.
