Hi guys, I like running the 800m but I feel my speed is or is going to end up really holding me back. I run about 27.5 plus or minus .1 seconds in the 200 and 13.15-13.2 in the 100m. How do I improve my speed? My plan is to build a base from mid February to late April and to peak in June and go for a pb. How should I go about improving my top-end speed and 100m-400m time in the next 12-16 weeks? Would really appreciate any help or insight
Ideally I was hoping to be running closer to 26.0, 56 and 12.6 or so by June but would be very pleased with just going under 27,13, and running around a 59.
