I'm a Daniels guy so I can't answer your question, but I thought it worth noting that Daniels is very thoughtful in how the structures the interplay of volume and intensity. Those 100% peak weeks have only one workout and a 20-22 mile long run. The 70% weeks of the most intense workouts. So if you put your plan together using his percentages of peak mileage, keep that concept in mind.
