This was the closest. Run felt effortless (and HR reflected this), but got lightheaded as soon as I stopped.
I may try to time my next stomach bug about 3 days before my next big race :-)

Much better now. Basically, my birthday is cursed, so I feel like only getting a puke bug, I got off light this year ;-)
Gatorade or Powerade (not the low calorie versions) allow for more efficient rehydration (sugar is transported along with water through intestinal lining). Hope you feel better soon!

Look to the fapping thread to get the most out of your potential. What you need to do is avoid all fapping before you race. For every day skipped fapping you’ll drop 1 second. Great for you to sh1t your brains out before a race but real heros skip fapping as long as they can hold out.
