All the paces in jack daniels are based off of times for the distance you are training for. I run 5ks and was wondering which pace you choose. Should I pick the time I can currently run? Or pick my goal time? Or subtract 20 seconds of current time and train there? For example if I run a 17:30, should I run the paces at the 17:30 bracket or 17:10?(20 seconds off), or 16;40,(goal time)
