Any of you experience this? I love cars and I buy cars too frequently where over the last ten years, I have had six different cars. I buy it used and try to minimize my losses, but with depreciation and transaction costs, it’s not good for my bottom line. It kills me as I’m very cheap in other aspects of life where we go on vacations a lot less compared to others, live in a small house, and minimize eating out. So, it gives me the opportunity to buy cars but still not good financially.
I try to tell myself that there isn’t a perfect car out there so I have to live with compromises.
I have this same issue with running shoes where I have a lot trying to find that perfect pair, but have to realize that there isn’t a perfect one out there.
I wanted to see if anyone have overcome this as runners like myself tend to have addiction issues.
