M - 10 miles moderate with 9x continuous strides in the last 2 miles.
T - 4 miles of warmup and cool down. 57 minutes of 3,2,1 on, 1 off fartlek. Averaged 5:35 which is decent for me. Long stuff is not my strength.
W - Planned off day
T - 8 medium, 3x3x200, easy cool down to 10 total
Set 1: 29.5, 31.8, 30.3 (45 seconds)
Set 2: 28.9, 28.1, 28.2 (60 seconds)
Set 3: 27.4, 27.1, 26.9 (90 seconds)
F - 6 of warmup and cool down. Interval workout: 600, 500, 400, 400, 300, 200. Last 2 reps were a little slower than I wanted. Lactic set in pretty good.

S - 7.65 relaxed. Weird distance I know, just how the loop ended up.
S - 16 starting relaxed and cutting down to a fairly moderate pace towards the end. Nothing crazy though.
