He comes to a dead stop in about three strides after the finish. He is barely running in this.
As a 40-something never-sprinter I can consistently run 100 in 13-low (FAT), probably hitting 70 meters in 9-mid. I think Kevin Hart is at least as athletic as I am, and in this video he is really turning over, with decent form.
So by some very wild assumptions and extrapolation, in this video we have Bolt running 70 meters in about his 100 time. That's like me running 100 in 19-point, or around my 5k pace.
