You'll have bigger muscles
Pull-ups are good. Muscle-ups are probably overkill.
Potentially a bit rough on the shoulders. Pre liked dips and chins, supposedly.

My cousin can do 4 right now at age 40. I think at one point he could do 8. He ran cross country in high school, mostly to check the sport box for college admissions (couldn't make basketball team, easier and less painful than football, thought wrestling was gay). Best 5k time 19:49
I never could do any muscle-ups. Can do 6 pull-ups at age 40. Two time all state xc. All American in NCAA cross, college conference champion. Best 5k time 14:11.
Given a choice, athletically, I'd rather be my cousin.

All american with a PR of 14:11? D2, I guess?
Most 40 year olds cant do 6 pullups, I would think. In fact, most cant do one, the average 40 year old man is pretty fat. So you're doing alright, I would say.
I can do one muscle up on the rings, maybe 2 on a bar. Your 5k pr is faster than mine by 90 seconds. I ended up converting to dec, though, so my 5k is from when I was 18 when I thought I wouldnt improve a lot more.

I was D1, but this was in the 90s during the low mileage craze. We thought we were fast at the time.
