I ran a 1600m on a 200m flat track and ran 4:56.85 and felt good at the end. Like I could've been low 4:50's or so. A week later, I ran a 3200m on a 440m flat track and ran 10:27. It was a 19 second pr (my pr was two years ago) with these splits: 79 80 79 79 80 79 79 72. I think that had I run splits that were more consistent rather than a 72 last lap, I could've run 10:18 or so. What can I run on a 200m banked track 3 weeks after this performance?
