Where does time go? Elise Cranny is a Senior, already? It seems like just yesterday she was duking it out with Efraimson and Baxter at NXN.

I don't know...seems like he has been at Stanford forever without improving on her High School form.
Hopefully she got a good education out of it.
She looks to have put on at least 15 pounds which would slow her down.

Who is who in that picture?
From L to R: Elise Cranny, Gabrielle Gayles, Christina Aragon, Olivia Baker.
I recognized all but Gayles but looked up her from the results. Supposedly she ran the 400 leg but it could be someone else if the results list is incorrect.

Yea that's her
I thought this was supposed to be about Fisher. Same thing, though. A few years go by and he regains his HS form. Not sure if posters above were commenting on him or Cranny. Wait, is 3:58 and change for 9m less than a mile with a running start equal to his HS form?

Yes, forget his National Championship 5k title and 13:30 5k... now he's finally getting back to the talent he was in high school.
Somebody was sleeping the last 2 years. Fisher is one of the top Americans at his age. He has continued a nice improvement that will probably show up this week at Iowa State, then conference, and then nationals. I don’t know how much more could be expected of him than a national championship other than quitting to go pro.
I can't be making this up- he's run at UW before, two years ago. I remember a 3K win in 7:51 ish and I think a mile as well.

What...?
His high school form?
The dude opened his indoor season running 3:58 Feb. 2.
He didn’t run many indoor races in high school. When he did, his opening race or two (usually only ran 3 indoor races a year) were nothing like end of season NB National Indoors where he crushed the field two years in a row.
His coach probably has him training for outdoors and will tweak a few speed sessions to get him ready for indoor nationals.
Sounds like you want watch a talented runner PR every time he steps on the track or you are not satisfied? That’s not how a coach and athlete get to, as a university freshman, running 7:50 for 3km indoors winning the race. Running 13:30 for 5km outdoors at NCAA championships. Winning the PAC 12 1500 m by closing in 51 high. Winning NCAA 5 km outdoors. In cross country; a PAC 12 runner up to Chezerek and a championships title, 2 top 10 finishes at NCAA Cross. The kid is a consistent championship contender and his coach knows how to get him there. Fisher also has 2 NCAA scholar athlete of the year awards for XC and Track. Enjoy his talent, it may improve your life one day. I am talking about he being an electrical engineer that may invent a product or device that helps you out.

Yes, he is an amazing student athlete in the true sense of those two words. He is 20 years old. Stay in school and win more championships Grant.
He was a redshirt when he ran the 7:50.
Anyone know what the deal is with Sean McGorty?
