And the fantastic day of action will all come to an end with the 111th running of the Millrose Games. It is loaded with all sorts of events. I mean take a look at the men's 60.
Carrington Akosa Princeton University
Ronnie Baker Nike
Noah Lyles adidas
Omar McLeod Nike
Abdullah Mohammed Saudi Arabia
Asafa Powell Puma
Clayton Vaughn Nike
Xie Zhenye Nike
What a field!!!
I'm just pointing that out as it's a true track and field meet. The men's 800 is unreal. Kate Grace debuts for Schumacher against Coburn. Can Willis finally wind a Wanamaker or will someone like Josh Kerr pull off the upset?
Our full preview is here:
I’ll be at Millrose in the cheap seats. Or more accurately, the not so crazy expensive seats.
Craig Engels is gonna win the mile in 3:54.91 with Chez coming in at 3:55.00 after getting boxed in around 1k

Not impossible but highly unlikely after chez showed the fantastic shape he's in
Don't forget the 3k in Stuttgart tomorrow...
Kiplagat, kejelcha, holusa, soi...
Trackbot, Edward cheserek vs Craig Engels head to head record?
Trackbot! Compare Edward Cheserek vs Craig Engels
Engels will be lucky to break 3:58 at JDL. Unless Chad is getting after it, nobody else can push that sort of pace. That track is very slow!
Just watched Rupp do his warmup/light workout, with Salazar on scene. Have to think that having The Man here is going to be a bit of extra incentive to snag gold tomorrow.
If this were a course like Terre Haute, I'd pick Rupp all the way, figuring he's fit enough to beat Korir just the way he beat Chelanga. But the steep hill could mess up Rupp's glide.
Korir (or anybody else) is going to have to get away on that hill, or Rupp will take it in the final straight, I suspect.
Will Jordan Hasay win a xc title off 'thon training?
Will Will Leer be running anywhere?
Will King Ches win in Carolina?
Will Tom Brady kiss Gisele inappropriately before and after the big game?
Will Kate Grace's mother make another exercise video for aging baby boomers?
Will Jamin be racing anytime soon?
Will Smoove ever run an ultra?
Will Jim Walmsley ever win WS100?
Will Bill Rogers make a comeback and attempt to break Ed Whitlock's age records?
Will Democrats ever stop hating our Beloved President Trump?
M.A.G.A.
I think it's very unlikely that Rupp beats the WCAP contingent. He's a marathoner now.
