Goes to meet. "Pulls quad" conveniently at the VERY END of a poor performance. They're lucky to have completed their event, as this injury is undoubtedly serious enough to shelve the next two weeks of training. The bad race can be attributed to the injury.
"Ice it and stretch it a lot. Get some rest. See how you feel at practice Monday."
