WED-DAY OFF
THUR- easy 6 miles+ easy 10 miles
FRI- easy 6 miles + easy 7 miles
SAT- hills (10 mile total)
SUN- 15 mile long run
TOTAL- 83 Miles
PLAN B
MON- Easy 6 miles + easy 8 miles
TUE- easy 3 miles + tempo run (10 mile total)
WED- Easy 10 miles
THUR- easy 5 miles+ easy 8 miles
FRI- easy 5 miles + easy 4 miles
SAT- hills (10 mile total)
SUN- 15 mile long run
TOTAL- 84 Miles
