Hi. With a baby and young toddler my training time is restricted in evenings and weekends.
My best opportunity to run will be
1) Run to work - 10 miles
2) Lunchtime from work - 1 hour break so possibly 30 minute workout factoring in showering and changing, quick bite to eat.
If I do 2 or 3 lunch time runs my long run is still likely to be about 50-55% of my total weekly mileage thereabouts. Is there an issue with this from injury risk or other.
And what workouts would offer the most efficient use of the time to keep in good shape?
Goal- get more structured routine later in year and hopefully marathon in early 2019. Any advice or guidance really appreciated.
