I'm looking to break 11 in the first spring track meet (late March). My coach wanted me to break 11 last week indoors but I ran 11:15 last week :( Now I have no more meets left that I can run at so I'm running on my own. What workout schedule should I have running 40-50 mi a week? Spring track starts again second week of March so I want to get in a lot of mileage before then. Also is it possible to break 10:50 or 10:45 by late May for me?
