I prefer ice baths after my run and after calisthenics. It loosens the muscle, builds white blood cells, creates confidence and overall I just feel up the rest of the day. Hot baths just make me feel fatigued and tired out. What do you guys think about ice baths? If you have never tried it out I suggest next time to turn on the cold water for 30 seconds and then turn it to warm water and you’ll understand the greatness of ice baths.
