I did:
5x1k off 3' in 2'45
5x(800-500-300) off 90"/3'
Avg 2'10-1'19-45"0
2000+10x400 on road 5'38/64"0 off 3'/1'

Probably around your PR, maybe 8:05.
That middle workout is most impressive.
On second thought you might be able to break 8. You did 5 miles of work at 4:14 pace.

I'm curious how hard it is to get from your current level to 7:52? That's the world indoors standard.
The 1ks make me guess about your PR.
But the middle workout makes me guess in the 8:00 range.
You might be ready for a solid 1500, too, showing some decent speed endurance.
I think it is quite far.
I trained with a 7'55/13'23 guy who ran the same workout with the last two series in 2'05/1'13/42"5 ending the last rep in 40"9
