I want to be on the record - he will make a comeback. No one seems to be able to retire and walk away. Jordan, Phelps, etc.

Maybe that last race is still haunting him.
Is he running out of money?
50/50, the longer you are in the sprints the greater your chances are of getting caught on something naughty.
I'm still calling that Ashton Eaton will be back by 2020 at the latest
Bolt will definitely be back 2020.
Hopefully Gatlin still running fast time as well.
Would love to see the fastest man ever return with some to prove.

I agree. I thought that the second I heard about his retirement.
Bolt? 50/50. If he comes back he won't run the 100 but rarely.
How high would people say that box is? How many of these does he do?
He's not coming back
Bolt and Phelps were both sharp enough to realize early 30s is the last Olympics they can risk before risking form and legend.
If Bolt regrets anything it is the one extra year, not that he stopped early

Makes sense, since when has 31 is been too old to be competitive? Bolt never really over raced. I can see him running under 10/20 again, assuming he's injury free. I don't think your going out on a limb here.
Read he was gonna give soccer a shot. Cross training?
A state of emergency has been declared in some areas of Jamaica, including the popular tourist town of Montego Bay, amid a spike in violent crime. Police said on Friday they would take a zero-tolerance approach to crime in the parish of St. James, where Montego Bay is located, and nearby communities plagued by killings that officials blame on gangs and lottery scams, AP reported. Authorities also have imposed a curfew in parts of St. Catherine parish, west of Kingston. The state of emergency allows law enforcement to search businesses and recreational areas that are under a temporary curfew without a warrant. Earlier this week, Prime Minister Andrew Holness warned that the government is ready to take “firm and resolute measures” to deal with Jamaica’s “crime monster.”
You all missed the point. Bolt is reduced to two legs while the kid on his right is doing one-leg hops. That's where you should be looking for 2020.
He training for his Manchester United soccer debut. Track is so 2017.
